This card is part of a popular archetype, currently in use, and has the

potential of making victory certain, when setup and timed appropriately.

The setup usually involves using value generating artifacts and

enchantments to begin, followed by an arsenal of endless "control" spells

(some of which are also enchantments), to keep the opponent at bay.

Spells like Doom Foretold make establishing any sort of setup against this

archetype very difficult, and the sudden grand finalé (Dance of the Manse)

yields a one-spell setup of an army of 4/4 creatures for killing the opponent.

I found it very frustrating to play against this archetype, and I'd like to see

anything so unfair as this removed from the game. In truth, as long as

players use these sorts of archetypes, victory can only be random, at best.

I would not take the professional competition seriously, with these design

elements in play. There is simply NO WAY of definitely stopping an endless

control deck, and it succeeds only in being completely obnoxious. Winning

WITH it is laughable. Such an automatic setup takes no real knowledge of

fundamental tactics, and anyone who knows the basic card types and rules

can start winning right away, against even the best of the best. Let's be fair

to brand-new players, and let them win without working for it - Because

they all have "rights", and although they love to declare that "Life isn't fair!",

they also irrationally demand that Magic: The Gathering be "fair" to them,

and allow them to win without having to think about it.
