Here we have the perfect token-eater. Ideally, this card wants to eat soldiers, because they are relatively easy to come by, and you'll want to mix it with the white angels. That said, I've never done this, and I don't know what the results would be like. You never know when Fallen Angel might turn up again, and what the new possibilities might be, so I would advise being prepared for Standard play. Since there's no online program that uses it (So far as I know, Magic Online?) You'll need to purchase some of them, and tool around with paper. Otherwise, we can only speculate. What I notice about this card, is that it doesn't have an activation cost that is necessarily limited. Clear off the fliers, and you've got a straight shot at victory, by pumping the card several times, if need be. It might be overpowered, but in Standard, all that need be done is to impose a reasonable limitation upon token creation. After that, we can simply war with precision calculation of results...
