7/26/18 - “Mono-Game-Me”

There’s a lot of contention with this holy concept, in our culture. It’s popular to

defy, but remains the ultimate goal in the Game of Love. Should a person try to

find their one true love, and consecrate their discovery in a public display? How

honest are we being? Has marriage become a trivial source of excitation,

lending a source of drama to conflict-hungry gossip-girls? Does anyone CARE

that the bride and groom might not truly belong to one another, and that their

relationship is superficial and monetary? Clearly, the modern wedding doesn’t

give much thought to the union of souls, when actors are being divorced for

money in (symbolic) droves. Does anyone CARE that the concept is of spiritual

origin, and may very well be the will of God Himself? DO NOT make a mockery

of the fundamental meaning of life. Love should be completely respected, if and

only if, it is completely the truth. I’m telling you, DO NOT marry for money or

convenience.

Within the heart of a typical American bride, lies contempt for her groom, on

the basis of sexual privilege. Sexism in marriage runs rampant, as the values of

our culture deem the honor of “winner” to whom can derive the most pleasure

from their experience. The girl never gets to be the winner if they let their groom

have them freely, as they know that they will never experience the pleasure of

consuming their own beauty, in sex. Who am I to judge? I am a man, and I want

my object of desire to be devoted solely to myself. How can I demand such an

earnest pledge, and why should I not expect it to be broken, without a doubt,

maliciously, when my bride’s heart aches for herself, her own beauty? Why

should SHE have to love a MAN? YOU try loving such an ugly fool!

The truth is, true marriage can only occur rarely, and requires no ceremony or

human consent. If one is made for another, neither could hope to choose away

their One. Undeniably, the bride will hope to defy her feelings, telling herself how

much it HURTS, and that the groom is just a trickster, hoping to “win” his bride.

But, a man can be just as lovely as a woman, can he not? His MIND will be

more satisfying than any "sexual privilege", and she KNOWS when this is the

only hope she might have. NO ONE else in the world has the mind of your

counterpart, and any who would seek to replace him will surely fail. The liar

never lasts, and he were clearly striving to satisfy the void he has of a REAL

love, that would belong to him. In short, I believe that one is sometimes intended

for another, which probably only happens once a blue moon, or maybe only

once ever, about 13 years ago. So, “marry” me, you bitch.
